LEADERSHIP PERSONNEL
Celia Gibson
In every life, there comes a moment of awakening. This calling transcends the ordinary and leads us down a path of purpose- For me, that moment arrived in the form of an unwavering passion for caring, a love that embraces the soul and compels us to make a difference. I am Celia Gibson, a Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree and the heart behind Caring Plus Home Services.
Like many others, my journey in the healthcare world began with a desire to heal and comfort those in need. As I embarked on my nursing career, starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant for five years, License Practical Nursing for two years, and Registered Nurse for 12 years, I found myself drawn to a group of remarkable individuals who often go unnoticed by society but shine brightly in my heart: persons with disabilities. Their resilience, courage, and unwavering spirit profoundly touched me.
Over the years, I witnessed the challenges and barriers faced by persons with disabilities, not only in their daily lives but also in accessing the care and support they so rightfully deserve. These issues planted a seed of compassion and advocacy in my heart for people with disabilities.
With a vision to make a lasting impact, I founded Caring Plus Home Services, (doing business as Caring Plus Group Home) a haven of care, compassion, and inclusivity for persons with disabilities. Our organization is a testament to my belief that everyone deserves to live a life filled with dignity, love, and opportunities, regardless of their abilities.
At Caring Plus Home Services, we strive to create a world where persons with disabilities are not defined by their challenges but celebrated for their unique abilities and contributions. Through a dedicated team of compassionate professionals, we provide services, from medical care to emotional support, to help our clients lead fulfilling lives.
Our mission is fueled by a deep-rooted commitment to breaking down barriers, fostering inclusion, and amplifying the voices of marginalized people. We work tirelessly to ensure that persons with disabilities have equal access to healthcare, education, and activities that enhance their safety, employment, and the chance to pursue their dreams.
But Caring Plus Home Services is not just an organization; it's a community bound by love, empathy, and shared dreams. It's a testament to the power of compassion, driven by my unwavering belief that we can change the world through caring.
I invite you to join us on this journey of compassion, to be part of a movement that touches lives and transforms communities. Together, we can create a world where every person, regardless of their abilities, knows they are valued, loved, and supported.
Thank you for visiting our website and thank you for sharing my passion for caring.
